IDX - A Seller's Helper

What is IDX? Ask your agent and you may receive a blank stare! IDX (Internet Data Exchange) is a new technology that helps a listing sell. The National Association of REALTORS® standardized this technology which allows your listing to be displayed on Real Estate Websites of the entire MLS (Multiple Listing Service).

What does this does this mean to a Seller? It means you get the benefit of an extremely large pool of potential Buyers looking at your listing. Ask your listing agent if they have you signed up for IDX. After all, it’s another benefit of your REALTOR® being enrolled in the MLS.

IDX benefits Buyers because they can look at all listings in the MLS on an IDX website.

In addition to valuable Buyer and Seller resources, you can save your own searches and see all listings in Sublette and Teton Counties unless the listing has been Opted-Out.
