Mud Season
Last week was monumental in real estate in Sublette County. 3.47 million dollars worth of real estate went under contract from Monday to Friday. Incredible. Oil prices predicted over $100. Now, more than ever is the time to pick up that piece of property. For investment or personal use. The economy is strong and what better time to invest in Sublette County.
Mud Season is here. The car wash has a steady stream of business. And the fresh green blades of grass are poking through. We've seen geese, ducks, fox, ground squirrels, deer, hawk, robins, bluebirds, finch and the anticipated return of the antelope. We look forward to antelope babies bouncing around the sage brush.
Seasonal workers are returning and many new transplants to the area. Alpenglo's phones are ringing and our agents are busily showing property. We've renewed our commitment to our print advertising campaigns with Homes & Land, Home Review and the Pinedale Roundup, and recently added two new campaigns with Jackson Hole News and Guide and Western Livestock Journal. Our luxury homes are listed on luxuryhomes.com.
Our website committee is hurriedly working on our sensational new website, sure to debut later this month or early May. There will be many helpful tools for both buyers and sellers.
This past month our agents recommited to our values of Integrity, Ethics & Professionalism, Customer Satisfaction, Continuous Learning, and Innovation & Creativity. Our Core Ideology was also adopted: We are a team of professionals working together to maintain a higher standard in the Real Estate Industry based on our dedication to customer satisfaction, integrity and ethics by participating in continuous learning, by being innovating and creative, and by imparting that knowledge to others.
We have a great team of agents and staff and are grateful to our customers and clients for their continued support.
Happy Spring!
